Our Journey
- 1998Humble beginnings
The company embarked on its journey in 1998, with humble beginnings. In the mid of the year 1998, during its startup phase, the company focused on manufacturing custom-engineered tooling parts.
- 2000Inception of Fabrication Department
Building on two years of successful experience in crafting customized tooling parts, the company expanded its horizons in 2000 by establishing a dedicated Fabrication Department to cater to industrial needs.
- 2006Transition to Die Casting
In 2006, the company underwent a transformative vision shift. The owner decided to specialize exclusively in the Die Casting Industry. Initially, the company produced consumable parts for die casting machines, alongside the manufacturing of a centralized die coat system and spray gun.
- 2010Innovation in Machine Manufacturing
With four years of valuable experience in aluminum die casting, the company ventured into manufacturing innovative die casting machines. The production included the introduction of the Nitrogen Degassing Machine, Plunger Lubricant Unit, and the initiation of ejector pin production.
- 2012Establishment of a New Plant
Responding to the company's rapid growth, a new plant was established in 2012. This move was prompted by the necessity for a larger workspace to accommodate manufacturing and development activities, leading to the division of work into separate departments.
- 2014Pioneering Auto Die Clamp Unit
The company achieved a milestone in 2014 by initiating the manufacturing of Auto Die Clamping Machines. This advanced and innovative machine for die casting garnered significant popularity and recognition.
- 2018Expansion into New Machine Manufacturing
In 2018, the company expanded its portfolio by venturing into the manufacture of Auto Ladle and Auto Spray machines for die casting.
- 2019Addition of New Machines to Company Catalogs
Continuing its commitment to innovation, the company successfully developed and added the Mould Temperature Controller and Jet Cooling Unit to its product catalogs in 2019.
- 2020Introduction of Ejector Pin Cutting Machine
