Vacuum Testing Unit / Reduced Pressure Tester
Vacuum Testing Unit / Reduced Pressure Tester
Die Casting : FEBTECH-0270
The Vacuum Porosity Tester is a compact, high-quality system designed to assess the porosity levels in molten aluminum under vacuum conditions. Ideally suited for quick, consistent, and reliable testing, it can be conveniently positioned near furnaces for precise on-the-spot quality control.
This device conducts a qualitative analysis of the gas content in molten aluminum, providing early detection of potential defects such as porosity and blowholes, which are common issues in aluminum casting production. With this early detection, corrective measures can be taken to ensure the aluminum is gas-free before casting.
Engineered for simplicity, the unit automates the testing process with the push of a start button. It quickly reaches the desired vacuum level, maintains it for a predetermined period, and then reintroduces fresh air into the chamber, resetting the system for the next test.
